v1.7 went in to the market last night. It brings kickass torrents and piratebay to the default searches, adds French translation (thx JoS), and adds the ability to send torrents to Swarm.

Something i dont understand, if somebody can explain please.
I am registered at TorrentDay. There is option to generate link wich you paste to your RSS reader. I am trying to make Torrent-fu able to search on torrentday so i paste thise link (wich have my registration data) in “Search providers” but i still cant search result for it.
What i am doing wrong?

Is there any way this can be adapted to work on utorrent 3 as when utorrent 3 is installed it stops connecting. You get the error ‘The following error was returned by the server and has been copied to your clipboard: Value invalid of type java.lang.String cannot be converted to JSONObject’

Would love to use this, but I am also on ut v.3 and getting the java error. Utorrent folks say “torrent-fu needs to support http cookies” if that is any help.

Great app, really love it
Running Froyo on HTC Desire, and the ‘select tag’ function won’t work. Kinda confusing to find the single downloading torrent in the forest of the seeding ones. Is there a fix on the road somewhere?

Is this app still supported? My private bit torrent site has required me to upgrade to utorrent v2.2 which is fine except I can no longer connect…..

french translation is kind of hard at first but if you get used to it, then it is easy ,,;

Nice update!
The most important feature I miss compared to Transdroid is the ability to load a local torrent file (or maybe I just didn’t find how to do it). That can be very usefull for private torrent we have to download from the phone web browser.

Brilliant app. I’m using my mac (so transmission) and have got it hooked up to the phone magically. i can edit my torrent list no problem but I am having problems with starting a download to my laptop. Do you think you can help me figure this one out? It would be very much appreciated.

Love the app, but there’s one tiny thing that I’m missing. Would it be possible to add the ability to change the bandwidth limiting? I often forget to remove the limit when I’m not near my computer, so the ability to do this remotely would be super excellent.

Wicked bit of kit you have made here, just wondering if you have any plans to integrate demonoid into the app. Would love to be able to search and dl via demonoid as its the site I use for most of my torrent needs.

Love the updates. The searching can be a little slow. It’d be great if there were a few simple search enhancements, like
- being able edit edit and research prior search terms
- maybe being able to actively select where to search
- some sort of timeout if a particular search site isn’t responding (some searches for me have lasted minutes)

I was missing PirateBay, nice update
I’m only having a few issues on Froyo, now the filters don’t work. When I select “All”, it will display correctly, but if I choose “Downloading”, nothing will come.
Seens that the buttons are getting “stuck” after we press it, maybe all you need is to change the keypress event.
Sorry, I didn’t knew where to report those issues, but I had to let you know :S

As my device is a GalaxyTab, I would really like to see some control over font size, as well as some scaling to the resolution of the device, but no bug deal breaker really.
