Torrent-fu 1.2.1 released, 1.3 almost done!?!?

I released version1.2.1 yesterday and then started on 1.3. Version 1.2.1 added multiple profile support and sorting, as well as a major rewrite that resulted in faster speeds searching and connecting to uTorrent. In the code rewrite, I also laid the framework to add other torrent clients, that framework enabled me to write support for Transmission in a very short period of time. I’m going to bed tonight with Transmission  98% working (adding torrents from search, all management, url interception from browser are all working already). The only thing left on it is integrating the file from browser portion (I did a first shot at it, but the last test didn’t work, and I’m tired).

Thanks for all the great feedback on 1.2.1, 1.3 is right around the corner!

  • Hi there, I’m looking to testing it.

ATM, I can’t get this to work with uTorrent. I’ve been using Transdroid for Transmission and that’s worked like a charm. But I don’t really care for it as it has no profiles. Plus uTorrent is on my main computer. Thanks.
